Collaborators in Care

These providers share space with us and bring their own unique expertise. While they are not directly part of the RPTC team, they maintain their independent practices and complement the care we provide (and you may see them around the centre!)

Annivy Odoom-Fynn (she/her)- Nurse Practitioner

My name is Annivy and I am a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for functional medicine and whole-person care.

I have over 15 years of experience in healthcare with background in Emergency, Occupational Health, Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, and Integrative Wellness.

I earned my Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL (USA). I am certified as a Nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)

I believe that health is more than just the absence of disease, it is the presence of balance, vitality, and hope. I see every patient as uniquely created and deserving of compassion, dignity, and individualized attention.

Over the years, I have cared for patients across the lifespan - from birth to older adults - and have seen how conventional medicine sometimes focuses only on managing symptoms. This inspired me to explore functional medicine, which looks deeper to uncover the root causes of illness and restore balance to the whole person.

At Rehoboth Health & Wellness, I combine the best of functional medicine and primary care to look beyond symptoms and uncover root causes. My goal is not just to manage illness, but to partner with you in restoring balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually so you can live the full and vibrant life intended

In my personal time, you will often find me enjoying family time, serving in my church, cooking and walking outdoors.

It’s my honor to walk alongside you on your wellness journey.
